Middle School

Our Middle School Knights take the next step in their football journey. Players transition from in-house league play to a competitive schedule against area middle-school programs, sharpening technique, football IQ, and game-day discipline. Practices mirror the high-school system, so athletes learn the same playbook, terminology, and standards that await them at Lexington Catholic. Off the field, coaches stress academics, leadership, and service, shaping well-rounded student-athletes ready to excel in the classroom and on the field.

  • The Lexington Catholic middle school team is open to any 7th / 8th grade child attending a catholic school or is a parishioner in the Lexington diocese.

  • Practice begins Monday, 7/14 at Lexington Catholic.

    • Start time: 6:00 PM

    • End time: 7:30 PM

    • Frequency: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday

  • Yes. We understand families are busy and that many kids participate in multiple activities. Our football program is designed with flexibility in mind, and we encourage multi-sport athletes. We believe playing different sports helps kids grow as well-rounded athletes and teammates. If there are any scheduling conflicts, just let us know—we’ll do our best to work with you.
